Experience and Competencies
4 + years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst in a technologyâ??driven environment 2 + years specifically within fintech, mobile money, or financial services Proven track record of delivering complex, crossâ??functional projects in an Agile/Scrum setting Exceptional analytical, problemâ??solving, and criticalâ??thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication; able to influence stakeholders at all levels Ability to navigate ambiguity, clarify requirements, and drive consensus Demonstrated leadership in facilitation, mentoring, and continuousâ??improvement initiatives
