Minimum requirements:Minimum 3+ years' experience in a CRM / Customer Care / Client Administration role Practical experience of Freshdesk or similar ticketing / CRM system - Essential Experience in service-based or operational environment such as Logistics, Waste, Utilities - Advantageous Sage / Pastel Evolution and strong MS Office experience Managing customer enquiries and pre-sales administration, including quotation preparation and follow ups Coordinating contract loading and updates across multiple systems (Sage Evolution, RMS, RPX, Contract Management) Handling post-sales customer care, including queries, complaints and SLA-driven ticket resolution Support internal departments with client related information and reporting Ensure data accuracy, documentation standards and clean handovers to Operations and Billing Consultant: Edna Anderhold - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
