Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Activation Management:
Identify suitable events and opportunities for brand activations. Liaise with event organisers, venues, and regional operators to coordinate activations. Manage setup and breakdown of activations while ensuring compliance with brand standards. Take full ownership of each activation from planning to execution.Compliance & Responsible Service:
Ensure all necessary approvals, permissions, and licenses are in place prior to activations. Adhere to all company policies and relevant legal requirements during events.Equipment, Product & Asset Control:
Manage brand assets responsibly, ensuring proper storage, audit, and usage. Conduct monthly checks on the condition of assets and report any issues.On-Site Management:
Provide on-site support as required to regional operators, ensuring activations meet brand expectations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during events efficiently.Reporting & Deliverables:
Submit monthly activation reports including: Number and type of events activated Venues and clubs visited Brand visibility and engagement outcomes Photographic documentation Key learnings and recommendations Requirements:
Proven experience in brand activations and event management. Exposure to premium sporting or lifestyle events is an advantage. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of activations. Flexible availability workload may fluctuate between quiet and busy periods. Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Own tax compliance, insurance, and operational equipment.
