Description:

REQUIREMENTS
Matric, Proven experience in office administration and/or stock control Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
DUTIES
Reporting to the Management team Answer incoming calls and assist with enquiries over the phone Manage consumables and materials stock levels Track all incoming and outgoing stock, including offcuts Conduct regular stock takes of consumables Track and manage contract-specific consumables Order contract-specific and standard consumables Obtain quotes for normal consumables Follow up with suppliers regarding material deliveries Prepare and manage dispatch notes with the treasurer for company vehicles General office administration including answering phones and managing stationery Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) Manage delivery documentation and contract sign-offs Ensure the office is well organised and adequately stocked Coordinate vehicle licence renewals, repairs, and maintenance
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
