Half Day Office Admin - Accounts
About the role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to assist with day-to-day finance administration. This is a half-day position, ideal for someone experienced in Debtors Department who enjoys structured, accurate work and can operate independently.
Key responsibilities
• Raising and sending customer invoices
• Checking PODS and stock
• Capturing and allocating customer payments in Sage
• Following up on invoice or statement discrepancies
• Following up on payments and outstanding accounts
• General accounts and finance administration support
Minimum requirements
• Proven experience working as an Accounts Administrator / Debtors & Creditors Clerk
• Hands-on experience with Sage
• Solid understanding of invoicing / debtors
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
