Cleaning Job available at apartment complex in Mitchells Plain

Duties include:
Floor Maintenance: sweep, mop and polish.
· Surface Cleaning: dusting, wiping down of surfaces, clean windows, mirrors and walls.
· Daily Communal Bathroom Cleaning: clean and sanitize, and stock with soap and toilet paper.
· Stock Management: keep track of sanitary items/detergents.
· Daily Security Office Cleaning.
· Clean garage and big windows once a week.
· Disinfect: disinfect surfaces where required.
· Spill clean up: clean substance spills where required.
· Waste Management: dispose of waste as required.
· Cleaning of units: deep clean units after tenants move out and before new tenants move in according to procedure (Tenant Liaison/Property Manager will instruct).
· Adhere to company policies and quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Gross Monthly Salary: R4 500,00
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 5.00pm
Fri: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Every second Sat: 8.30am - 3.00pm
Ideal candidate must:
- Stay in the Mitchells Plain area,
Must have at least 2 years' experience as a Janitor/Professional Cleaner,
Must be between the ages of 21 and 40
Must be in good health
