Kasselsvlei Spar, situated in Bellville South, has a vacancy for a Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
· Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
· Maintain high standards of store presentation and product quality
· Implement marketing and promotional campaigns
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed diligently
Experience and Qualifications
· Matric
· Proficiency in retail management software
· Proven experience as store manager
· Leadership and interpersonal skills
Job requirements
· Be able to work flexible hours
· Valid SA driver’s license
· Own transport
