The Sales Representative at Game 4U Pavilion is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing the Game 4U brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role requires strong product knowledge, a passion for gaming and technology, and the ability to create a positive in‑store experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

•  Customer Engagement
• • Welcome and assist customers in‑store, providing knowledgeable advice on gaming consoles, accessories, and software.
  • Demonstrate product features and guide customers toward suitable solutions based on their needs.
  •  Sales & Targets
  • • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
    •  Store Operations
    • • Maintain stock displays, ensuring shelves are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
      • Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.
      • Ensure promotional materials and campaigns are correctly implemented in‑store.
      • ️ Technical Support
      • • Provide basic troubleshooting and setup guidance for consoles and accessories.
        • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate support channels when necessary.
        • 欄 Brand Representation
          • Uphold Game 4U’s standards of professionalism, customer care, and brand trust.

            Requirements

            • Matric certificate (or equivalent).
            • Prior retail or sales experience, preferably in electronics or gaming.
            • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
            • Passion for gaming, technology, and customer service.
            • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
            • Team player with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
