Future Careers is seeking a Fashion Supervisor for a leading fashion retail brand based in Tyger Valley. This role is ideal for an experienced fashion retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced store environment and enjoys leading a sales team from the floor. The successful candidate will support store management with daily operations, drive sales performance, maintain strong visual standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Description
Store Operations
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations
- Open and close the store when required
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and store presentation
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer queries
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Assist with promotions, launches, and in-store campaigns
Team Supervision
- Supervise, motivate, and support store staff
- Assist with staff training and onboarding
- Allocate daily duties and monitor performance
- Step in as acting manager when required
Stock Control & Loss Prevention
- Assist with stock receiving, transfers, and replenishment
- Conduct stock counts and manage discrepancies
- Support loss prevention and shrinkage control measures
- Ensure stock room organisation and accuracy
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure displays are updated and store is visually appealing
- Monitor product placement to maximise sales
Working Conditions
- Retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)

Education Profile
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- 2-3 years experience in fashion retail
- Supervisory or key-holder experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Basic stock control and cash-handling experience
