What you’ll be doing :
You’ll be the go-to Aftersales partner for dealerships, driving:
Dealer growth, revenue and profitability Service & parts performance Customer Experience excellence Business planning and execution with Dealer Principals Sales activation of Aftersales campaigns and programmes Coaching, influencing and motivating dealer teams Resolving escalated customer issues like a pro Identifying market opportunities and turning them into winsIn short: you’ll consult, sell, guide, and grow. You’re not behind a desk, you’re in the field making things happen.
Who I’m looking for:
You’ll thrive here if you have:
A 3-year Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or similar Minimum 5 years’ experience in Motor Industry Sales, Aftersales or Parts Strong business and financial acumen Confidence engaging at all levels (from workshop floor to boardroom) A natural sales instinct with a customer-first mindset Excellent planning, negotiation and influencing skills The ability to coach, motivate and drive performance Bonus points if you’ve worked in automotive retail, Service & Parts, or understand Service Core Processes.Why this role rocks:
