Description:
Business Lounge at the airport requires a Chef de Partie to join their team for a maternity cover contract from February until July. This position involves shift work (5am to 1:30pm and 1pm to 9pm) along with meeting the below minimum requirements.
Requirements
- Matric
- Culinary qualification
- 2+ years' experience managing a small team
- HACCP and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to train junior staff
- Stock control
- Reliable transport
- Criminal clear record
