Description:
We are seeking an experienced and self motivated Cleaning Contracts Manager to grow and manage cleaning contracts for our business. This role is commission based, online focused, and ideal for someone who is confident in winning new cleaning contracts and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: ●Source, negotiate, and secure new cleaning contracts (commercial and/or domestic). ●Manage existing cleaning contracts to ensure service standards are met. ●Liaise with clients to understand requirements and resolve any issues. ●Coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure contract specifications are followed. ●Conduct site visits when required. ●Maintain accurate online records, reports, and communication. ●Identify opportunities to expand services within existing contracts. Requirements: ●Proven experience in the cleaning industry (essential). ●Demonstrated experience in winning and managing cleaning contracts. ●Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. ●Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
