KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Overall maintenance and management of farm Ensuring daily operations and production of the farm runs smoothly and efficiently Livestock management Equipment management Record Keeping and Inventory Daily reports Safety and Compliance Machinery maintenance and servicing Crop Production and Management Staff management and training Assisting the farm manager with financial management (Constantly bettering budgets) Problem solving (Especially when coming to developing agricultural methods)
