MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSAgricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous Proven experience managing livestock farms, ideally involving: Camels and/or goats Dairy-type milk operations Arid or semi-arid environments Is comfortable managing small to medium-scale farm operations Must be hands-on, disciplined, and detail-oriented Understands hygiene-driven milk production Can implement structure without overcomplicating systems Is reliable, practical, and focused on long-term sustainability Experience with organic or semi-organic farming systems is a strong advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full day-to-day operational management of the farm Professional management of camels, goats, and seasonal crops Transition camel milking from manual to machine milking, including Hygiene and sanitation protocols Fixed milking schedules Milk yield recording per animal Establish and manage goat milking operations Oversee seasonal vegetable production and greenhouse activities Maintain high standards of Cleanliness Animal welfare Feed and water management Supervise and manage farm staff with clear task allocation Implement disease prevention, monitoring, and isolation procedures Maintain simple but consistent records: Milk production Animal health Feeding and breeding Mortality and treatments Continuously improve efficiency, discipline, and quality of operations
