Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline (preferred) 6+ years of experience in networking, system setup, and software deployment Proven IT Management experience Hands-on with SQL Server Strong background in Accounting, Finance, or Budgeting Manufacturing industry experience (preferred)Key Requirements:
First-line IT support and user assistance Oversee ERP systems, servers, backups, patching, and infrastructure Manage 3rd-party hosting, vendors, and SLAs Ensure IT compliance, governance, and licensing Handle system updates, security, antivirus, and mail protection (e.g., Mimecast) Manage Ossi call logging system and after-hours support Coordinate IT procurement, budgeting, and cost recovery Deliver training, onboarding, and system access (GP, AD, etc.) Run incentive calculations, import pricing, and generate BI360 reports Maintain accurate registers (e.g., barcodes, distribution radiuses) Compile IT budgets, board reports, and manage chargebacks Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency Drive disaster recovery testing and ensure data security Apply now!
