Job Title: Branch Manager - Insurance

Report to: Regional Manager

Seniority Level: Mid Career (Above 6 yrs exp)

Region: Gauteng Centurion

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • The basic salary - negotiable depending on experience
    • • Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.
        • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
            • • Additional Language(s) will be advantageous.
                • • Minimum of 4 years proven work experience Funeral Insurance.
                    • • Additional experience in the Financial Services Industry will be beneficial.
                        • • Computer proficiency to work effectively with certain assessment tools or software.
                            • • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required
                                • • RE5 (desirable).
                                    • • Appoint & manage a team of selected Sales managers.
                                        • • Plan and execute marketing strategies and tactics.
                                            • • Manage performance.
                                                • • Weekly monthly reports.
