Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end finance and insurance processes for pre-owned vehicle sales Structure finance deals and submit applications to banking institutions Sell value-added products including warranties, maintenance plans, insurance, and shortfall cover Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, NCA, and dealership internal policies Maintain strong working relationships with banks, insurers, and service providers Accurately prepare and submit all documentation within required timelines Support and guide sales executives to improve finance penetration and deal conversion Consistently achieve departmental targets and profitability objectives Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues efficiently Maintain high CSI standards and uphold dealership brand values Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) Accredited F&I qualification (RE1 and FAIS compliant essential) Minimum 35 years experience as an F&I Manager within a motor dealership Proven experience specifically within pre-owned vehicle sales Strong understanding of vehicle finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements Valid drivers license Skills and Competencies
Strong negotiation and closing skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform under pressure in a target-driven environment Customer-focused with a professional approach Strong administrative and organisational ability
