Our client, a dynamic engineering company operating in a fast-paced environment, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow their operations. They are situated in Klerksdorp.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments Drive sales growth and business development initiatives Manage and mentor teams to achieve targets and maintain high performance Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance Monitor budgets, financial performance, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools Manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining quality and deadlinesRequirements:
Matric certificate Degree or certificate in Management or Operations Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role Minimum 3 years’ strong experience in sales (advantage) Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Valid driver’s license (Code B) and own reliable vehicle Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPersonal Attributes:
