- 3–5 years’ operational or process engineering experience
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Knowledge of production systems, process optimisation, and safety standards
- Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate technical information effectively
- Analyse and improve production processes.
- Implement engineering solutions for efficiency and safety.
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams
