OPERATIONAL ENGINEER X2Western Cape, GoudaR40 000 CTC per monthOur client in Gouda is looking for an Operational Engineer to provide engineering support to optimise operational processes and ensure efficiency Minimum requirements:- Matric (high school) required; Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years’ operational or process engineering experience
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Knowledge of production systems, process optimisation, and safety standards
- Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate technical information effectively
- Analyse and improve production processes.
- Implement engineering solutions for efficiency and safety.
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams
