This role requires you to:
• Work 3 Saturdays per month (6 hours)
• Attend mandatory training with full attendance and punctuality
• Follow scripts, legal wording, and procedures exactly
• Handle difficult and sometimes confrontational calls professionally
• Be monitored, assessed, and coached continuously

Minimum Non-Negotiable Requirements
✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ Clear criminal record
✔ Fluent spoken English
✔ Basic computer literacy
✔ Available to start training immediately
✔ Reliable transport and ability to attend work and training consistently
✔ Willing to work Saturdays as required
Previous call centre experience is advantageous but not required
