Description:
Peermed Health Centre, an established and expanding Medical Company, Gauteng is looking for a dynamic and hardworking person for the role of Claims Capturer.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Capture daily medical aid claims via relevant database software of the medical centre (eMD)
· Review data on an ongoing basis to identify and resolve errors and inconsistencies.
· Capturing and reconciling medical doctor claims.
· Creating invoices and reconciling payments.
· General Admin and reception duties.
· Any other task relating to general operations of a medical centre.
· Delivering high quality claims (zero errors).
· Meet administration needs timeously.
· Meet the prescribed professional and quality standards of both the company and medical aids.
Minimum Requirements:
• Know how to use eMD software.
• Know the ICD-10 codes of common illnesses.
• Have a keen knowledge of medical aid societies in South Africa.
• Know the tariff codes of the various medical aids.
• Knowledge and experience with medical claim capturing and reconciliation.
• Computer Literacy.
• Matric or higher education level.
