Description:
Small commercial office-letting business is looking for an experienced COMMERCIAL Property & Office Administrator to manage day-to-day property, tenant and office administration with min 2y experience.
Some Key Responsibilities:
• Commercial tenant administration and lease management
• Drafting and managing commercial lease agreements and renewals
• Managing tenant queries and liaising with maintenance contractors
• Preparing vacancy schedules for leasing agents
• Municipal accounts ( COJ / Ekurhuleni) – billing, queries and reconciliations
• Debtors follow-up and basic financial administration
• General office administration and support to the CEO
• Maintaining accurate databases, spreadsheets and records
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years experience in COMMERCIAL property administration
✔ Hands-on experience with leases, utilities and tenant management
✔ Strong MS Office skills (Excel and word essential)
✔ Able to work independently in a small business environment
✔ Own transport preferred
