Qualified, Passionate, Experienced, Educated Chef Wanted to Provide Quality Experience for +400 Residents in Fully Equipped Kitchen on a Mature Lifestyle Estate within the Waterfall City, Johannesburg Region.
Key Personality Characteristics Wanted: Mature, Responsible, Sober Habits, Dedicated, Creative, Hands-On, Respectful, Well Presented / Spoken & Business Mind Orientated.
Reasonability's would be to Work Closely Work with the Owners.
- Be Self managed without being Micro Managed,
- Delegate to & Manage Existing 10 Kitchen Staff Members,
- Develop Seasonal Menus,
- Provide 3 New Meals Bi-Weekly,
- Source Product within Current Suppliers,
- Maintain Costs & Wastage,
- Control Hygiene & Cleanliness,
- Open Own Section with Moring Prep for Lunch & Dinner Services,
- Double Check Staff Sections for Stock Rotation & Controls in Place.
- Place Orders Controlling Stock Levels
Job Offer:
- Paid Leave (18 Days / 21 Consecutive Days)
- No Saturday Nights
- No Sunday Nights
- Mondays Closed
- 1 to 2 Dinner Half Days Tuesday To Friday
- Dinner Closing Time 9pm
- Lunch Breaks between 3pm & 5pm
- Within Secure Safe Environment
- Secure Parking
- R17 000 / R20 000 Per Month Providing References and Experience
