Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily workshop operations.
Lead and motivate workshop staff and service personnel.
Minimize WIP below 50 open job cards.
Ensure workshop cleanliness, standards, and tool/equipment maintenance.
Manage spare parts availability with Parts Manager.
Handle deviations, complaints, and technical issues.
Increase service solution sales and communicate offerings to customers.
Monitor workshop results, budgets, KPIs, and operational targets.
Minimum Requirements:
Trade-Tested Diesel Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic Certificate.
5 years or more as a Workshop Manager in a commercial OEM workshop.
Strong planning, leadership, and team management skills.
Code 14 drivers license.
Matric; proficient in English.
