Are you a commercially minded CA(SA) with strong FMCG experience and a passion for driving financial performance through strategic insight?As the Financial Manager: Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial health of our Commercial division. This is more than just a numbers role - you'll provide financial insights that shape pricing strategies, evaluate new business opportunities, optimise product profitability, and support strategic decision-making across sales and marketing. Youll analyse sales trends, track key KPIs (including revenue growth and ROI), and ensure robust financial planning and reporting aligned with our business goals.

Duties:
Partner with the Commercial team to drive financial performance and cost efficiencies Analyse sales data weekly, monthly, and annually, identifying key trends Calculate and analyse profitability per SKU and across product lines Prepare monthly income statements and variance reports Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the Commercial division Leverage data analytics to optimise financial strategies Collaborate with marketing to align financial performance with market trends Continuously drive improvements in financial systems and processes

Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting BCom Honours / CTA CA(SA) / CIMA
Experience:
CA(SA) qualification is essential 810 years' experience in finance Experience in the FMCG sector (essential) Syspro or similar ERP experience (advantageous)
