Requirements:
Minimum High School qualification (higher qualification advantageous) At least 1 year administrative experience Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (capturing, tracking, basic formulas) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and PDF handling Basic bookkeeping experience and ability to work with an external accountant Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle Fluent in English Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skillsKey Responsibilities:
General office administration and document filing Invoicing and printing delivery notes Capturing and maintaining accurate Excel records Recording casual labour attendance Capturing and tracking staff overtime hours Preparing documentation for the accountant Email correspondence via Outlook Occasional collection of documents from the accounting firm (within a 5 km radius)How to Apply:
