Wind Farm Developments Solar Farm Projects Substations Minimum Requirements
NQF Level 5 qualification or National Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 15 years experience in construction Proven experience on wind farms, solar farms, and substations (essential) Strong understanding of civil works, earthworks, concrete structures, and infrastructure Solid knowledge of construction regulations, quality standards, and site management Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, and site resources Strong leadership and communication skills Valid drivers licence Key Responsibilities
Full site management and coordination of civil works Ensure projects are delivered according to programme, quality, and safety requirements Manage subcontractors, labour, and plant Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and project managers Monitor progress and report on site performance Ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements Location: Gouda, Western Cape - Must be willing to work anywhere
