DUTIES
Develop content to support online sales, product launches, and enquiries Maintain and update website content (product pages, images, specifications, downloads) Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand positioning Design and manage brochures, catalogues, spec sheets, and sales collateral Assist with creation of visual content for campaigns, promotions, and new products Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials Plan and coordinate product photography and basic studio shoots Capture and edit short product, explainer, and promotional videos Manage media libraries (images, videos, source files, versions) Manage content across websites, online catalogues, and digital platforms Liaise with internal teams (sales, product development, production) to gather information Coordinate with external designers, photographers, or videographers when required Maintain content timelines, updates, and version control
