Requirements and KPI
Grade 12
Good track record in Sales and Customer service
Managerial/Supervisor experience
Target driven
Budget Control
Ensuring staff is adequately trained
Staff and Store performance - ensuring internal measures are met
Stock control
Operational efficiency
