This position carries full responsibility for store performance, people leadership, and operational execution.
Key responsibilities
• Overall store management and daily operations
• Recruitment, training, and leadership of store teams
• Labour planning, stock control, and cost management
• Maintaining service excellence and brand standards
• Health, safety, and compliance management
• Driving sales, profitability, and staff retention
Minimum requirements
• Senior Store Manager or equivalent experience in QSR or high-volume hospitality
• Strong leadership and people management capability
• Solid understanding of stock, labour, and margin control
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of operational consistency
