Description:
A well-established FMCG manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced Setter with strong blow moulding expertise to support continuous production operations across a 24/7, multi-shift environment. This is a permanent role driven by ongoing business growth, with an urgent requirement for a skilled individual.
Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust, and optimise blow moulding machines to meet production specifications
-
Ensure machines are correctly configured in line with quality, safety, and efficiency standards
-
Monitor production processes and make real-time setting adjustments during shifts
-
Support continuous operations across rotating shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
-
Troubleshoot setting-related issues to minimise downtime and production losses
-
Conduct changeovers efficiently to support different product runs and reduce setup time
-
Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure consistent output
-
Complete basic production and setting documentation accurately and timeously
Requirements:

Minimum N3 qualification (N4 preferred)
-
At least 2–3 years’ setting experience
-
Proven blow moulding experience (essential)
-
FMCG manufacturing environment experience (advantageous)
-
Exceptional candidates without N4 may be considered if they have 10+ years of strong blow moulding experience
