Description:
- A dynamic manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Shift Setter with a strong technical background to join their production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup and mechanical maintenance of machinery within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Perform machine setting and technical adjustments to ensure optimal production output.

Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance as required.
-
Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.
-
Work according to a shift schedule to ensure continuous operation.
-
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets in an FMCG setting.
-
Identify and resolve mechanical bottlenecks to minimize machinery downtime.
-
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on blow moulding equipment.
-
Ensure all safety protocols and manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed during shifts.
Requirements:
-
Minimum N3 mechanical or electrical subjects completed.
-
N4 or higher qualification is preferred.
-
Mechanical or electrical aptitude.
-
At least 3 years' experience in a FMCG production environment.
-
Previous exposure to blow moulding is advantageous.
-
Essential experience in setting and/or mechanical roles.
-
Ability to work various shifts as required by the production schedule.
-
Must have own reliable transport.
