We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. If you thrive on organization, deadlines, and coordinating multiple projects in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor budgets, track expenditure, and support financial reporting.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary.
- Assist senior management with project planning, resource allocation, and daily administration.
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination, preferably in construction, engineering, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and contract administration.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
