ENVIRONMENT:
A fast-growing, tech-driven insurance and financial services business based in George is looking for a Business Analyst to help translate business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes across the product lifecycle.
DUTIES:
- Translate business ideas, objectives, and challenges into clear business and system requirements.
- Work closely with Business and Development Project Managers to deliver effective, scalable solutions.
- Map business processes, document use cases and define user stories to guide development and testing teams.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams from concept through UAT and delivery.
- Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by challenging assumptions and refining requirements.
- Assist with testing support, UAT coordination, and solution validation where required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Solid understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and data analysis.

Detail-oriented with a structured, methodical approach. Collaborative and confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Curious, proactive, and motivated to improve systems and processes. Able to balance business needs with technical feasibility and delivery timelines.
