Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Shipping, International Trade etc. Previous experience in freight forwarding / agriculture Computer literateÂ
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the operational procedures involved with the forecasting, co-ordination, scheduling, transport & shipment of perishables to Europe, Mediterranean, Russia & Baltic for container and conventional. Manage deviations and implement corrective action. Â Manage internal & external communication / information requirements. Responsible for the shipment of over 2000 containers Communicate with suppliers and clients on deviations Manage internal functions Coordinate workflow Manage supplier relationships Manage bookings, loadouts and instructions Manage inspections and vessel tracking Process invoices Â
