Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives Develop and implement effective sales strategies, set achievable targets (quotas), and create sales plans Monitor team performance using KPIs and CRM data, provide coaching, and ensure forecast accuracy Oversee daily sales activities, manage territories, and ensure efficient product/service delivery Build strong client relationships, participate in negotiations, and analyze market trends Prepare and present sales forecasts, results, and performance reports to senior management TO APPLY:
