Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Brand Manager with daily product and brand management activities Place, track, and manage product orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Planning, and Logistics Maintain and update product databases and cataloguing systems Prepare and manage product range samples Produce regular reports analysing product performance, inventory levels, and sales data Assist with range planning and stock management decisions through data-driven insights Manage documentation and provide comprehensive administrative support to the brand team

Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales and product data Highly organised and methodical, with exceptional attention to detail Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills Flexible and committed, with willingness to work additional hours when required
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field (completed or in progress)
Experience
23 years experience in a Brand Assistant, Design Assistant, Junior Buyer, or Buying Assistant role Experience working with product ranges, reporting, and order management is essential
Career Ambition
A strong desire to grow into a Brand Manager role within 35 years
