QualificationsMinimum
Matric (Grade 12) Valid drivers licence and own vehicle Preferred
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Marketing Recruitment or sales certification (e.g., SAPS, IRE, SABPP) is advantageous Experience
15+ years experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales Experience in permanent, contract, or temporary placement is preferred Track record of achieving targets and managing client/candidate relationships Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Excel-based CRM) Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Target-driven and resilient under pressure Organisation, time management, and attention to detail Professional and ethical conduct KPIs / Performance Measures
