Responsibilities
End-to-end electronic hardware of LRUs from concept through production Schematic design, simulation, PCB layout and routing using Altium Leading and participating in peer design reviews Technical leadership and mentorship of junior engineers Cross-functional collaboration with software, mechanical, DSP, RF and aeronautical teams Hardware testing, validation and qualification to industry and military standards Troubleshooting complex analog, digital and communication circuit issues Ensuring compliance with formal hardware design and documentation processes Essential:BEng / MEng in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) 10+ years experience (15+ preferred) Strong hands-on expertise with Altium and LTspice (or similar) Deep experience in analog, digital and communications hardware design Ability to work independently and follow structured design processes Own transport
