We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of complex electronic hardware products. The successful candidate will play a key role in system architecture, schematic and PCB design, component selection, and hardware verification, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical decision-making.Key Responsibilities
Lead electronic hardware design from concept through production Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware architectures Select components and manage BOMs with cost and reliability in mind Perform hardware testing, debugging, and validation Ensure compliance with EMC, safety, and regulatory standards Support manufacturing, prototyping, and product certification Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviewsRequirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering Experience in electronic hardware design Strong experience with analogue and digital circuit design Proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar) Experience with laboratory testing, fault-finding, and validation Strong documentation and communication skills
