Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage technicians and workshop staff in a franchised dealership environment Plan, allocate, and oversee daily workshop activities Ensure all vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics meet manufacturer standards Monitor workshop KPIs, productivity, and quality of work Mentor and coach workshop staff to maintain high skill levels Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational procedures Liaise with service advisors and parts department for seamless workflow Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Foreman or senior technician in a franchised workshop Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills Excellent diagnostic and technical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Valid drivers licence Red Seal certification preferred Whats on Offer:
