Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service schedules Lead, coach, and mentor technicians and service staff to optimise performance and productivity Monitor job quality, timelines, and adherence to safety standards Ensure effective allocation of work, prioritisation of tasks, and timely completion of repairs and maintenance Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery Implement and enforce workshop procedures, compliance, and operational standards Manage spare parts usage and inventory in collaboration with parts department Oversee service reporting, KPI tracking, and daily operational updates Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve service-related issues promptly Collaborate with dealership management to improve workshop efficiency, profitability, and service offeringsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Foreman or Workshop Supervisor in a multi-brand or dealership environment Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair procedures Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills Valid drivers licenseWhat We Offer:
