A well-established business is seeking a reliable and organised Admin
Clerk/Assistant to join their team.
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
General administrative duties
Filing, scanning and record-keeping
Answering and directing telephone calls
Capturing data and information and updating records
Handling emails and correspondence
Assisting management and staff with daily admin tasks
The applicant will also be required to fulfil various office administrative task and any other tasks relating to the post as assigned to the employee by the manager/employer.
