  • Create realistic, human-centred scenarios, narratives, and learning pathways
  • Develop digital learning solutions and ensure high-quality experiences in collaboration with multimedia developers and facilitators
  • Review and refine learning materials based on feedback and data insights
  • Maintain high standards of quality while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay current with trends and tools in learning design to improve practices continuously

  • Experience with onboarding, compliance, risk, ethical, or capability-building programmes (preferred)
  • Formal qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Design, or related field
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and transform it into concise and actionable learning content
