How you'll role
As a Mid-Level Instructional Designer, you will be a key player in crafting engaging, experience-led learning materials that transform complex business, risk, and compliance topics. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative thinking to partner with stakeholders and translate learnings into measurable, high-impact educational initiatives. What you'll do
- Partner with clients, SMEs, and internal teams to understand business context, risk drivers, and performance gaps
- Design and facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to gather insights and learner realities
- Translate inputs into clear learning goals, behavioural outcomes, and success measures
- Create realistic, human-centred scenarios, narratives, and learning pathways
- Develop digital learning solutions and ensure high-quality experiences in collaboration with multimedia developers and facilitators
- Review and refine learning materials based on feedback and data insights
- Maintain high standards of quality while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Stay current with trends and tools in learning design to improve practices continuously

- Articulate Storyline: 3 to 4 years
- Learning Content Development: 3 to 4 years
- 3–5 years’ experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Designer
- Proven experience in large corporate environments, preferably regulated or complex settings
- Digital learning design experience, including eLearning and scenario-based learning
- Comfortable with remote working and independent consulting
- Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline
- Experience with onboarding, compliance, risk, ethical, or capability-building programmes (preferred)
- Formal qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Design, or related field
- Ability to synthesize complex information and transform it into concise and actionable learning content
