Description:
We are looking for a strong Administrator / Service Manager/ Service Controller to manage a small team of technicians in the office automation industry. We are situated in Blairgowrie, Randburg.
Core Skills & Qualifications
1. Strong technical expertise in relevant fields (additional training will be provided)
2. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
3. Must have experience in FINCON, Excel, Word. Strong client relations and communication skills needed and must be able to multi task.
4. A minimum of 5 years or more in this role is required
Duties:
· Managing stock levels of parts and toners, machines and spares as per the budget
· Ordering of stock through designated suppliers
· Managing the service calls and deliveries daily with the technical team and planning efficient routes to minimize cost
· Generating Customer Repair Orders and processing of invoice /delivery notes for deliveries
· Manage spreadsheets for management
· Manage fuel accounts and company vehicles
· Processing of Supplier invoices and ensuring all stock ordered is received.
· Effectively manage new contracts by loading onto the system (FINCON)
· Effectively manage existing client database by offering excellent after sales and technical support.
· To provide office support as needed.
