Description:
The role involves:
Managing cash flows
Ensuring accurate financial transactions
Maintaining strong internal controls
Developing standardized procedures
Ensuring the Debtors function is effective and efficient
Reviewing all business systems (finance and operations) for innovation and improvement
Assessing all finance and operations systems to identify areas for innovation and enhancement.
Driving the development and implementation of standardized SOPs for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury to ensure uniformity and compliance.
Fostering collaboration with Shared Service Team
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ year experience
Knowledge of the Services or Cleaning Industry
Proven experience in Project Management, HR-related matters and Total Quality Management system,
Valid experience in automating processes and enhancing systems in Shared Services
Experience working with Accpac (Sage 300)
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent staff management and leadership skills (essential)
Strong leadership abilities
Effective problem-solving capability
Qualification:
Degree in Accounting or similar (advantageous)
