Description:
The Shared Services Controller will provide strategic and operational leadership across key financial functions, ensuring accurate transactions, effective cash flow management, and compliance with internal controls. This position involves developing and implementing SOPs, championing automation initiatives, and collaborating with IT and vendors to enhance systems. The role also includes managing a team, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and driving continuous improvement to optimize working capital and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
Solid experience in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs for finance functions
Track record in automation and system improvements within Shared Services
Strong project management skills, including technology-driven initiatives
Leadership and staff management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Accpac (Sage 300)
Qualification:
Degree in Accounting
