- Conduct independent validations of models across multiple domains.
- Develop and test challenger models to benchmark and enhance existing models.
- Analyse, monitor, and challenge scorecards, ensuring that they are accurate, reliable, and compliant.
- Collaborate with modelling and business teams to provide technical oversight and effective challenges.
- Support sound financial decision-making, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Data Science.
- Experience:
- 36 years experience in scorecard building, development, validation, and monitoring (credit risk or marketing models).
- Experience with data mining and predictive modelling.
